Inner Strength Testimonials
“Sarah, our boot camp instructor, has changed my life.
I have joined numerous gyms and even tried other boot camps over the years. I would start strong, and then make excuses. My initial goal of this class was to lose weight, but what I have gained mentally is more than I could have ever have hoped. It's the perfect way to relieve stress, get in shape, and see results.
I love the variety of class activity, the personal attention and motivation from Sarah and the ability to workout with other women. No matter what your fitness level, she seems to know how to motivate and help individuals personalize their own workout even in this group format.
My days of excuses have FINALLY ended. I would recommend Sarah to anyone!”

You can't have a better time getting your rear into shape, than with Sarah!"

"Without a doubt it’s the variation of Boot Camp that keeps me coming back! Everyday we’re doing something new. As a result, I find myself doing more reps, sprints, push-ups, etc than I ever thought possible simply because it’s being presented to me in a new way.
And unlike other camps I’ve done- I never feel like I’m being yelled at or belittled.
Don’t get me wrong- Sarah is going to push you and there’s a strong chance you’ll be sore after class- but it’s only because she sees the potential in you and wants to help you reach your goals."

"For me, the boot camp got me back into shape. I was kind of floundering trying to find a program that kept me motivated and wasn't boring (my running was slower and then I got hurt, so I wasn't terribly motivated to do anything physical anymore).
With my work schedule, my time is precious so finding a program that worked me out but also energized me in a timely manner was what I needed.
When I tell people about the boot camp, I call it gym class for grown-ups because it is actually fun."
The boot camp does that for me and has gotten me back into (almost) college shape (I ran cross country then) which is nice because I'm more motivated to race and work out again because I learned how to do it effectively (and stay injury free aside from being sore). " - Laura
