WHAT IS BOOT CAMP?
Inner Strength Boot Camp is a well rounded fitness program that incorporates various exercise programs into a one hour class. From strength training, to plyometrics, to Yoga participants will be taught to challenge themselves using a mindful approach. Don't be fooled you will work hard however, our philosophy is "Strong but not Stupid".
You will learn to work hard when necessary and back off when necessary in order to prevent injury. It's only by understanding your bodies strengths and weaknesses that you can excel to your fullest potential! Therefore we strive to give you all the tools necessary for you to accomplish all of your fitness goals and learn how to live a healthy life.
Boot Camp is held in a group setting but we understand that all participants have individual goals, these goals will be catered to amongst positive and motivational support from fellow campers and instructors. The biggest thing that Inner Strength hears from it's campers is that they are never bored with the routine. We strive to change up workouts so participants never feel bored or burnt out.
From people who want a challenging and supportive environment, to people who are starting a routine and want a program that will hold them accountable, Inner Strength has a wide array of participants. Our camps include a wide range of ages and ability levels, so don't count yourself out by thinking "I'm too ____". You won't get anywhere with that attitude!
So come get moving with us, and find out how strong you really are.

Will we run?
Yes, running is involved but we will work you up to run at your own pace.
Running above your pace for prolonged periods causes injury and pain that leads to inactivity and that is the opposite of what we are going for! We will teach you the proper form, breathing techniques and how to run at a effective and sustainable pace.
What does the four weeks include?
We will start our four week program with a mini assessment of your health and fitness levels in order to gauge your progress. We will take your weight, body fat and do a physical fitness test. After that it's training time!
We will do strength training, plyometrics, agility drills, running and Yoga. You will also receive weekly information about how to incorporate healthy choices into your lifestyle through diet, exercise and meditation.
I'm out of shape, will I be okay at boot camp?
Definitely. We modify each exercise and give options that will ensure you are being trained in a safe and effective manner. Progress is the name of our game.
What can I expect after the the four weeks are over?
More energy, better concentration, a loss of body fat, increased muscle and a love for fitness! Our goal is to give you the desire to live a healthy lifestyle by giving you the tools necessary for success.
What will I need to bring?
Bring a mat or towel, some water, weights and a good attitude.

What do we do if it rains?
You won't melt! But seriously, we have an indoor space available for heavy rain days. If the space is not available, you will receive a text message an hour before the session begins and the class will be rescheduled for the following Tuesday or Thursday at the same time.
In light rain, we train!
But it's cold out! Do you train outside in the winter?
During the winter or in very bad weather we train inside at a number of indoor locations.
Will the instructor yell at me?
Only if you're slacking off! But seriously, no. At Inner Strength we use positive reinforcement and group encouragement. We want to have fun while we get fit.
