SARAH PETERSON- FOUNDER
Sarah Peterson is a Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor and Group Fitness Instructor. Originally from Wisconsin,
Sarah now calls Louisville home.
From United States Marines to cancer survivors, she has trained a dynamic spectrum of people and can effectively accommodate differing abilities.
Sarah's own training started at age 18 when she joined the Marine Corps. Her time in the service gave her a genuine appreciation for health and fitness that she had never had before. She prides herself on knowing the struggles men and women face getting in shape and staying in shape because she has faced many similar struggles. Because of this, she can adapt to many clients in a friendly, non-intimidating yet motivating fashion.
"I've been through many trainings where yelling and screaming were the tools for motivation. Though this is effective and necessary in certain situations, I personally, don't find those training tools conducive for the types of trainings I do in the civilian world. I feel happy people are healthy people and promote a feeling of pride within my clients despite their body type or athletic abilities, we all must start somewhere and build from there. I strive to encourage my clients, support my clients and inspire my clients. I want clients to leave feeling good, knowing they worked their hardest and learned something about the potential within themselves."
Sarah jokes that between the Marine Corps and Yoga she is trained in war and peace and she effectively blends this diverse training by incorporating strength training, cardiovascular work, flexibility and mindfulness into well rounded, safe and effective training session.

AMI MCMULLEN- TRAINER
A classically trained dancer in ballet, jazz, pointe and modern dance, Ami took her knowledge of the body
and movement and applied to to get her BS in Exercise and Sport Science. Although she is certified in Personal Training, Group Fitness and Mat Pilates, her heart lies in teaching large groups of enthusiastic people who want to move!
She spent four years in San Diego, California teaching a variety of classes at several gyms and corporate facilities as well as leading fitness hikes for people who share her love of the outdoors. She is a Course Instructor for Fitness Anywhere, Inc. who she has represented at trade shows around the country.
Now that she is back in her hometown of Louisville, she is excited to continue her work in the fitness industry and see what lies ahead!
